Thought I would post something on here to help spread the word in case anyone knows of someone looking for a horse property, since word of mouth can be very powerful.

We are ready to market our home and start our build at our new farm. We have started the preps to market it For Sale By Owner. Just don't have it listed online yet.

Here is a bit of information:

We built the home in 2003. It is located on Manning Road in Suffolk. It is a 2 story, 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath house with a finished room over the attached garage. Its has a large mater bedroom, with walk-in closet and generous sized bath, large living room, eat-in kitchen, and has a laundry room. There is also a detached garage/workshop that is 20 X 20. There is a 36 X 36 barn, 3 stalls, 12 ft aisle, 12 X 24 tack/feed room, and a 12 X 12 wash rack with hot water. The barn does have a shelter off of one side and has a hay loft.
We also have a 100 X 150 lighted sand riding ring. The property is fenced with vinyl coated high tensile wire and is just under 5 acres.

This property would be perfect for a small family with a couple of horses.
